A new ornamental pear option perfect for tight spaces as it is the narrowest form of Pyrus/Pear available in Australia. With a tight upright form the Javelin has rich green Summer foliage turning deep red in Autumn. The tight structure of the bare branches is an elegant point of interest in Winter followed by masses of white blossom in Spring. As with all the calleryana ornamental pear varieties is is very hardy and adaptable to most soils and conditions.
