Botanical Name:
Prunus yedoensis 'Pink Cascade'
Common Name:
Cherry - Pink Cascade
Description:
Almost identical characteristics to Prunus Pink Snow Showers this delightful Cherry has soft weeping branches fine enough to allow movement and sculptural grace year-round. Masses of single pink blossoms cover the length of flowing branches in late Winter/early Spring. Slender green foliage is soft-green in Summer and yellow/orange in Autumn. The narrow weeping form means this is a striking feature tree in smaller gardens but should be planted to avoid strong winds.
