Feijoa or Pineapple Guava
Leaves are oval and glossy green with silvery, slightly woolly underside. Red, brown bark is striking against the foliage. Flowers in Jan and blooms are quite spectacular - white with pink centre and dominant red stamens. Fruit is the size and shape of an egg, edible with a taste between pineapple and strawberry.
From Monday 11 October we will again be taking appointments to visit the farm for those able to travel to regional NSW. To abide by NSW regulations, all visitors must be double vaccinated against COVID-19.
